Why Stage ?
There is never a second chance to make a first impression.  Buyers will typically only take 15 seconds to make a decision regarding your property.  Why leave that first impression to chance?

Does it Work?
RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) studied 174 homes previously on the market on average 156  days before the homeowners gave up trying to sell on their own and called in a professional stager.  Those same homes were staged, re-listed and sold in an average of 42 days after staging.  This is 73% less time on the market.
